Scope of Services

Sultio operates through two divisions. Sultio Creative provides creative consulting, strategic advisory, campaign ideation, and creative direction services. Sultio Labs provides digital execution services including website development, systems, automation, funnels, and digital product setup. All services are provided on a consulting, project, or service basis and may be subject to written agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

No Guarantees or Performance Claims

While Sultio aims to improve creative effectiveness, marketing clarity, and digital infrastructure, no guarantees are made regarding specific results, revenue, growth, performance metrics, or financial outcomes. Any examples, metrics, or references to performance are illustrative only and do not constitute promises or assurances of future results.

Creative Consulting Disclaimer

Sultio Creative provides advisory and consulting services only. Sultio does not act as a talent agency, talent manager, or legal representative, and does not negotiate, procure, or broker contracts or brand deals on behalf of creators, influencers, or brands. Any creator or brand collaborations discussed are campaign-based, strategic, or advisory in nature and must be independently negotiated by the involved parties.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, and approvals, ensuring they have legal rights to all submitted content, making final decisions regarding implementation and execution, and complying with all applicable laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies. Sultio is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client input.

Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, frameworks, designs, and materials created by Sultio remain the intellectual property of Sultio unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials and brand assets. Any use, reuse, or modification of Sultio materials beyond the agreed scope requires written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information shared during the course of engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Sultio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Sultio’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sultio, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or any content or materials you provide.

Third-Party Services

Sultio may reference or integrate third-party platforms, tools, or services. Sultio is not responsible for third-party functionality, outages, policy changes, or compliance requirements.

Termination

Sultio reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion, including for misuse, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Sultio services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. At Sultio’s discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and both parties waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

Modifications to Terms

Sultio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
